Family Eligibility & Registration
Who can attend the North Pole experience?
Families with a child age 12 or younger facing a life-threatening illness, terminal diagnosis, or condition resulting in permanent disability. Families may attend once.
How do we apply?
Visit our Family Registration page and start an application. Our team will guide you through verification with care.
Does my child need to be well enough to attend?
Yes. Children must be healthy enough to participate in a full-day experience. Our team is happy to discuss accommodations.
Donations
Are donations tax-deductible?
Yes. Operation North Pole is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
How is my donation used?
Donations fund gifts, meals, event supplies, family support, winter activities, coats, and year-round community programs.
Can I set up a recurring gift?
Yes. Our Givebutter giving page supports one-time and recurring donations.
Volunteering
Do I need experience to volunteer?
Not at all. We train, onboard, and pair you with a team that matches your interests and schedule.
Can my company volunteer as a group?
Absolutely. We host corporate wrapping days, donation drives, and event-day shifts.

How do we become a sponsor?

Do you accept in-kind donations?
Yes. Toys, gifts, food, entertainment, decor, signage, coats and essentials are all welcomed.
Event Day
What should we expect on event day?
A festive train ride, Santa visit, gifts, food, entertainment, winter wonderland activities, photos, and time for your family to simply enjoy the day.
Are there sensory considerations?
Yes. Our event may include therapy dogs, miniature horses, loud noises, and bright lights. We have quiet spaces and will work with you on accommodations.
Is the event accessible?
Yes. Please share any accessibility needs during registration so we can prepare a comfortable experience.
